Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood less than 3 miles from all area hospitals, this home is an economical option for a long-term hotel stay. This tastefully decorated 1950 bungalow features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an attached garage, an alarm system, and exterior security cameras.

The space
As you enter this sturdy, double brick walled home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the exquisitely designed baseboards and wood-trimmed doorways that complement the home’s wooden floor. The living room features a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, large picture window and a 42" Roku TV.

From the open concept living room, you enter the dining room through a graceful interior arch. The kitchen has new paint and hardware, but still retains its 1950's charm with large built-in cabinets, and a scalloped valance.

As you walk down the hallway towards the bedrooms, you'll smile as the repurposed telephone nook reminds you that there was a time when no one asked "where are you?" when talking on the phone.

The bathroom also boasts large built-in cabinets containing ample storage space for your belongings. Both the cabinet countertop and tub surround feature original porcelain tile.

Both bedrooms offer pillowtop mattresses, Linenspa comforters and 1200 thread count cotton sheets. Both bedroom closets retain doors and knobs that are original to the home. The master bedroom also features a 32" Android Smart TV.

This home is located 2 minutes from the local police and fire department, and is equipped with a professionally monitored security system including bedroom panic buttons, bedroom doors that lock, exterior cameras, and a motion-sensitive backdoor floodlight.

Other things to note
This is a single-level home. You can enter the home without climbing steps using the door next to the garage. There is a three-inch step from that room into the main house. There is also a three-inch step from the garage into the home.

The home is surrounded by rose bushes and a very large yard, so occasionally some of nature's gentle friends may wander inside.

Additional screening, including a copy of your driver's license, is required before check in.

Since I don't charge a cleaning fee, I ask that you leave the home the way that you found it.
