Homerez - Amazing chalet for 4 ppl. with terrace and balcony at La Thuile

This chalet, located in La Thuile, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the lake and the mountains.
The chalet has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The chalet features a washing machine, a fan, ironing equipment, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 100 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 15€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
Raclette and fondue machines are available. It is an "ecogite", that is to say a new generation of ecological accommodation for a greater respect of the environment.
