Our penthouse apartment situated on the fourth floor and spread over two levels. You can reach the apartment easily via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment you enter the cozy living area. The lounge area is a spacious sitting area with TV available and you can look directly to the dining area with open kitchen. Our well-equipped kitchen is great for cooking various dishes. The delightfully prepared meal you can eat in the dining area at your leisure. The dining area has a bar counter with four bar stools.

The balcony in a prime south-west orientation is accessible from the living and dining area. On the balcony you have a table with 4 garden chairs and a large parasol. Let the fresh sea air blow your face and enjoy the beautiful sunshine on the balcony.

In our spa you will find a spa tub and a spa shower. Here you can completely relax and let yourself go. A washing machine is also available.

Immerse yourself in your dream world: The first bedroom with double bed and TV is located on the lower level. In the closet is a safe in which you can include your valuables. From this bedroom you have access to another small balcony. The second bedroom, also with double bed and TV, can be found on the open gallery (attic) on the upper floor, which you reach via the wooden staircase in the living area. Note for families: The stairs can not be secured.

Due to the great South West location of the apartment you have from all rooms overlooks the Baltic Sea!

From May to September, a free beach chair is available on the south beach of Großenbrode.

A bicycle storage room, where you can store two brought or rented bicycles, is in addition to the house.
