About this property

"Sea dune 13". Our fantastic penthouse apartment is located in the house Seedüne in Strandpark Großenbrode, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and the gently sloping sandy beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

Our apartment is designed with two bedrooms and a travel cot for 4 people and a baby. Another person can easily find space on the existing guest lounge. The wellness bath with shower, sauna and whirlpool is just a highlight of our apartment. To make 'Caribbean' days off, you can mix your own cocktails at the bar. From the two roof terraces you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and you can already enjoy the good sea air and the sound of the sea at breakfast. After an eventful holiday, there is nothing better than to let the last warm sunshine with a good book or a game night with the family end.

Free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a Blue Ray player with movies, games, books and a Playstation 4 with the latest games provide entertainment.

The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. The roof terraces are facing north and west.

From May to September you have a free beach chair to the apartment available, in addition, a storage room for bicycles, etc. ..

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit Freundinnen

Eine schöne FeWo mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Der Kamin, die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren ein Highlight. Abends kann man von dem Sofa aus den Blick auf das Wasser genießen. Die Terrassen eignen sich bestens für ein gemütliches Frühstück.

zu jeder Jahreszeit zu empfehlen

Es war der vierte Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Auch diese Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders zu erwähnen - für schlechtes Wetter gibt es genügend Bücher, einige "analoge" Spiele und eine PS4, mit denen sich die Zeit vertreiben lässt, wenn man sich nicht Wind und Regen um die Nase wehen lassen will. "Ersttäter" dürfen sich über eine sehr umfangreiche Sammlung mit Flyern / Informationsmaterial über Aktivitäten und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung freuen. Die Gastgeber haben hierfür sicherlich eine Menge Zeit investiert und sind auch einige Kilometer gefahren. In dieser Wohnung gut gelöst - Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Ansonsten: gute Lage / guter Ausgangspunkt für kleine und ausgedehntere Spaziergänge, Radtouren oder Ausflüge (Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, etc). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war viel größer als erwartet. Sie war sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick, trotz etwas stürmischem Wetter. Insgesamt wirklich schön und wir kommen gerne wieder. :) Das einzige Manko waren leider die Betten. Sie waren sehr unbequem und knarrten bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Aber ich denke das lässt sich vielleicht zukünftig vom Vermieter beheben. :)
