About this property

Seaspray Condos - 201B

One Queen bed in the master bedroom, two Full beds in one guest bedroom and one Full bed in the other guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. The living room has a 48" TV, one bedroom has a 38" TV and the other a 28" TV. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, waffle/cone maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog or declawed cat is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Quick getaway

My girlfriend, her son, and a bunch of their friends wanted to take a trip to Ft. Walton beaxh during the kids fall break. Accomodations were excellent and everyone had a good time.

Thank you Roger. Seaspray is a great family get-a-way right on the Gulf of Okaloosa Island. Our beach is awesome. We do provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella for your enjoyment 3/1-10/31. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants & attractions.
