About this property

Seaspray Condos - 210C

One King bed in the master bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 32" TV in the living room, a 24" TV in the master bedroom and a 20" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, small grill, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog or declawed cat is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

We are so happy to hear that our guests have a wonderful vacation here. Memories & friendships with returning guests over the years. Seaspray is a family-oriented place. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach with your reservation. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We offer shuffleboard, horseshoes, play area for kids, outdoor grilling, gym area and hot sauna. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.

Not Pet Friendly

We traveled to Fort Walton for my son's baseball tournament, and we wanted to bring our miniature golden doodle with us. This listing mentioned they were pet friendly and I loved all the pictures of grassy areas. NO WHERE on this listing does it mention that pets are not allowed anywhere on property aside from inside the condo and on the very small patch of grass outside of the gated community. When we arrived, they demanded to see our pet and to take a photo. It was super awkward!! Then, we were informed of where she was allowed to go. It was almost dog abuse trying to get her to not pee and walk fast to the small little patch of grass. Also, some of the other guests were downright rude and scowled at us when they saw we had a pet. Again, we have a mini golden doodle. She is super friendly, little, and hypoallergenic. I've never felt more unwelcome at a place we were paying to stay at in my life! Not to mention that it was not nice. Overall, I cannot recommend this place!!!

Seaspray is an association and we do have some pet friendly condo's. Our pet policy allows up to 30 lbs max. We have a pet relief area on both sides of the property. We do not allow in our courtyard, pool area to remain family friendly or beach. Okaloosa County has an ordinance of no pets on the beach that we follow. An email is sent out after booking going over the pet areas. There is a local pet park for guests to check out. There is also a pet beach area for them to enjoy the water. This is just a couple miles west of our location. We do provide 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach with your reservation. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.
