GROUND FLOOR CONDO! 100% complete remodel of the entire condo. New kitchen, dining room, island in dining room, bathroom, new shower/tub, vanity with granite top, new toilet, etc, bunk beds, bedroom! Even new drywall, lighting, ceiling fans, etc. 1 1/2 MILES TO EMERALD COAST CONVENTION CENTER Spacious 1 bedroom fully furnished condo located at sunset cottages on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Only 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. The swimming pool is located directly out of the back door. This cozy condo is decorated in tropical decor. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably, has a large master bedroom, two built in bunk beds and a large sleeper sofa. You will truly enjoy every minute of your stay at our condo. So take your shoes off and enjoy! If traveling with family or friends we have three condo units available, all three are 1 bedroom units, 2 on ground floor and one on the second floor.

One of the most well equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Excellent communication with the host. Some neighbors were owners and you almost felt like you were in a community. We travel with two teacup yorkies and being on the ground floor was super. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second time staying here. I love the simplicity of the cottages and of course the first floor unit is most convenient. The pool is right out of the back door and the path to the beach is right out of the front door down the pier. The room has everything we need.

The unit was perfect, pool is right out of the back door , as stated, which is very convenient with kids. Even with the pool close it was quiet and peaceful. The beach was easy to access as well. We didn't even have to go far for restaurants and they had a cute little ice cream shop with put put golf right down the road. Perfect condo and area!

Great place with great beach access

This cute ground floor condo was perfect for 3 adults. It was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The recliner was a plus! Although this is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Great experience with the host who kept us informed right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Great beach location!

The Sunset Cottage was an easy, short walk to the beach and had plenty of parking right next to the unit. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. A better description of the location of the lock box (mounted on the door frame near the AC units) and more visible numbers would have made the self check-in even easier. We had a great stay and would stay there again!

Loved our stay. Nice and clean, comfy condo very close to the beach. It had all the dishes we needed to cook. It had a nice pool which was near the shower to rinse off sand from the beach. The large storage box outside the condo had beach toys to share and boogie boards which we found toward the end of our stay. Michelle answered promptly when we had a question and very friendly. Enjoyed the beach! Hope to come back one day!

Beautifully located on quiet OKALOOSA Island. The complex was built in 2000 with only 19 units which makes it not a busy complex with ease to enjoy vacation and make many cherished family memories. We are family owned and operated since 2004. Our goal is to allow for an amazing vacation get-away, without any worries or hassles.
