Enjoy all the comforts of home at Shoalwater 605, a cozy and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 1,200 sq. ft. of living space and sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests. Perfectly positioned directly on the beach, this stunning retreat features a large private balcony overlooking the shimmering emerald waters and sugar-white sands—an ideal setting for making unforgettable vacation memories.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by soothing coastal décor and a bright, open layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals when you're not sampling local Orange Beach restaurants. The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers private balcony access, so you can wake up to Gulf views each morning. The balcony is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening wine while watching the waves roll in. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

Shoalwater offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, heated indoor pool, fitness room, tennis court, sauna, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the soft white sands of the Gulf.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Awesome Property

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, spacious and had a beautiful balcony view of the beach. Centrally located in Orange Beach with convenient access to anything you need. An easy parking system and beach front access made this an excellent trip. We would stay here again! 5 Stars.

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay

My family and I stayed here during the Labor Day weekend. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The condo was very clean and was located in a great spot. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the beach did not seem crowded because this condo is away from the larger condos. Would definitely consider staying here again

We enjoyed the Condo. Very clean, well stocked. Furnishings and fixtures worked and were up to date. Great beach access, Loved the pool. Good location for access to activities. Construction on the exterior was underway, much needed. I did miss that tidbit when I booked, so we had limited balcony access.

Great location and plenty of seating!

We loved the location. We have grandparent and 3 kids and all of it was easy at this location. Short walk to beach with no long boardwalk. Elevators were easy to get on and off. Property was clean and well maintained. Security guard on duty and active. The unit was nice and updated and also had plenary of seating for all 6 of us unlike most places and the three bunks were perfect for the kids. Sunrise views were amazing and sunset is not really viewable as far as seeing the actual sun it self setting but the view at that time is still great. Overall great appt.

This is a great location and our family enjoyed our stay here. The fine print of only providing one of everything including one trash bag and toilet paper was correct. The fees charged for this unit were quite high compared to what you got. The washer and dryer are very old and we had to keep drying our clothes. The kitchen stuff was very basic as well. If you don’t really plan to cook much then no big deal.

Would not recommend. This is a dated property.

The entire complex is dated and needs to be demolished. It appears like they may have had water damage to building. Our apartment had a fermented mold like smell. The sheets on the beds were awful. They felt like plastic. The water heater is to small for the rated occupancy. Never had enough hot water. The property overall is not accurately represented. New floor and paint to mask the problems.

Indoor and outdoor pool were great! Views were amazing and it’s even bigger than it looks online. Tons of pot/pans/dishes/etc. for 8 of us and we felt comfortable the whole week. Highly recommended!
