Great location… that’s about the best I can say

Location cannot be beat if you are looking to stay in an oceanfront condo. If you are looking for cleanliness, please continue looking. After being told housekeeping was behind so checkin would be after the promised time of 4:00, we were handed the keys and walked into the condo while the housekeeper was completing her inspection happening and the heavy aroma of… weed. (Well, that explains the delay.) After letting the condo air out, we entered, only to find the condo had been cleaned only enough to appear ready. It was filthy. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some updating. The condo’s furniture is old, torn, and again, just dirty. We had a crawling infant with us that we had to keep off the floor because of how black the floors made our feet. Just having the floor mopped would have helped. We ate out for every meal instead of doing any of our usual cooking because of the overall dirtiness and grime in the kitchen. Both toilets had issues after each use. Please find new window coverings for the windows at the balcony. They are hard to move, the wrong size, and you guessed it… dirty. So… location is wonderful! Cleanliness is unacceptable.

The place was wonderful! Simple, very clean, and it had a beautiful view of the ocean!I wish the door had an electronic entry code to make the check-in process easier. Keeping up with physical keys on the beach is not the easiest thing to do.I will rent here again!
