This villa, located in Le Cannet, is ideal for 5 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 April to 31 December, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a Hi-Fi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool and the sea.
The villa has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and 1 including a single bed and a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features air conditioning, central heating, a washing machine, ironing equipment, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
