Welcome to Baby Bear by HoneyBearCabins! This beautiful condo is the top floor of Rustic River Lodge and has its own private entrance. Sleep 6 comfortably with a queen bed, king master suite, and 2 twin beds. Enjoy the beautiful view from 2 large picture windows in the living room. The spacious 1600 sq ft space contains a well-equipped kitchen area, with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Instapot, drip coffee maker, large Oster toaster oven, and regular toaster. Comfortable- space all you need for a wonderful stay! Note that this lodge is divided and rented separately for each floor, so you may have other guests staying on other floors while you are there. Each floor has its own separate entrance and is totally private from the other floors, however, other than some outdoor areas like the driveway.
All adult guests over 18 (not only the guest making the booking) in the party must provide a valid, not-expired, State Govt issued ID driver's license or ID card within 24 hours of making the reservation. This ID must contain a clear picture and current address of the individual and be well lit and easy to read. Guests will also need to register on our registration form and agree to our house rules within 24 hours of making their bookings. We are required to collect this information and if we do not receive in a timely manner the booking is subject to cancelation and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancelation policy. Guests traveling from overseas may submit a passport. No military or employer IDs will be accepted.
