the property needs some upgrades like furniture, carpeting on the stairs both were really stained and dirty looking. walls had a lot of gouges out if it. door to washer and dryer was off the rail. We could not see the beach from any of the windows as advertised. Couldn't find the pool area. Pictures showed i big area but couldn't find it until our last day there and it sure was not like anything pictures. The best thing about the place were the beds. I would love to know what kind of mattress and pillows you use. I did not have a back ache or neck pain while there.

We also appreciate you bringing the other concerns to our attention so we can make the homeowner aware. Regarding the ocean view, the photos shown on the listing are intended to reflect the view from the home. While the complex is oceanfront, the dune area is high in this location, so the home does not have a full, unobstructed ocean view. We’re sorry if this was not what you expected. We’re also sorry you had difficulty locating the pool. The pool is located toward the southern end of the complex, next to the central beach access. And we’re glad to hear the beds were a highlight of your stay! We’d be happy to reach out to the owner to see if they can provide the mattress and pillow information for you. Great location for beach access! Super cute! My son loved the stuff toy shark! Best experience! The credit towards beach equipment rental is awesome! Get yourself some beach chairs and boogie boards, you won’t regret it! Only downside was we couldn’t find the light switch to the porch and it drove us nuts! lol. The company was great and sent someone by to help us find it! It is a great place to stay! We had 8 people including 3 kids and fit just fine! Loved the outdoor shower on ground level to shower off the sand! Great stay! Thanks!

We went during our spring break 4/6-4/10 which was our mistake, the pool wasn't open which we did not know until we got there because of off season, and there was a wind advisory for 3 out of the 4 days we were there and being so early April it was pretty chilly. Other then the weather, the rental was great. Nice and clean, and seaside rentals were so nice answered all our questions. I would book again, maybe next time closer to May/June.

End of summer retreat

Location was great! Truly just steps to the beach. Plenty of room and the view and sound from top beachside deck is phenomenal!! Stores and eateries in close vicinity. Did not have to go far for anything. Ordered beach chairs and umbrellas and they were delivered right to the door. Great space!!!

Great location for family

Great place to stay, comfortable seating which we enjoyed and enough room. Good location for families and quiet this time of year. Used the equipment provision for chairs and beach game which was very nice and there on arrival. We did know about late check in and early checkout but that was inconvenient and felt rent was high enough this time of year not to require additional charge for early arrival and later departure, but we were aware of it beforehand. Linens, towels and paper goods were not there on arrival but property manager was notified and received an hour or 2 later. Nicely decorated.

Very nice condo right on the beach!

We stayed here for a week and what a great location! Weather was not cooperative so I will make that request next time (lol). Good amenities-love the availability of the washer /dryer! There is some wear on the place-door knob in one bath half off and large tub needs some attention before it becomes a bigger issue (caulking). Would have been nice to have some of the beach stuff (chairs and such) there and knowing what switches turned on the porch lights. Grill needs to be replaced-very rusty so we didn’t use it at all. Would stay here again.
