Welcome to Sun Rays and Lake Days in the Brooklyn building in the popular Bridges Bay Resort! This guest favorite and lakefront unit offers 3-bedroom, 2-bath, sleeps 8 and comes with panoramic East Lake Views. Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with your reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.



The views from this third level condo are amazing from your wrap around deck. Offering outdoor deck access from the living space and the primary suite. The property offers three private bedrooms. The primary suite provides sweeping lake views, a queen bed, smart TV, an on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, and a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms provide sleeping space for six additional guests. Guest bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and guest bedroom 3 offers two twin over twin bunks beds. Both bedrooms offer views of East Lake Okoboji. The main living space is perfect for entertaining with a large sectional couch, smart TV, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 6+ and a breakfast bar for additional seating. For added convenience, a washer and dryer with detergent is provided along with a propane BBQ grill on the deck.



There is dedicated parking for the Brooklyn building and additional overflow parking lots. The resort also offers a dedicated parking lot for boats and trailers.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.

Great Condo and Great location

We had a great stay, condo was the perfect layout. Only problem we had is the internet was too weak that nothing could work being connected including the TV. Would stay here agian.

Great View

We have been to Okoboji many times over the years but I’ve never had a view of the lake like we had at this place. everything inside is very nice, the sheets were incredible the air conditioning worked good. The kids love the water park! Will be back.

Weekend Getaway

This property was great for a weekend getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful and the property had all the amenities we needed. The only negative was the wi-fi which would quit in the middle of movies. We were there only for a short weekend so was not a major issue but if we had been planning a longer stay it would have had to be fixed.

Our condo was very nice and our view of the lake was fantastic. Just a heads up the primary bedroom and secondary bedroom had standard size beds also some paper products were not supplied like extra garbage bags.

4th of July Weekend

Beautiful condo and view. My family was very comfortable here and we were sad to check out. Everything we needed was provided just as listed. The dishwasher needs some TLC as it is extremely moldy. We hand washed our dishes. This did not affect our enjoyment of the condo or the area. Our kids suggested we make an annual visit to Okoboji!

Family weekend at Bridges Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Rays & Lake Days. The space was nice and it was well appointed. However we were disappointed that there were no curtains or blinds on the master bedroom door that connects to the deck. It was very awkward sleeping! Also, the unit has great views of the lake, but the outside windows were filled with cobwebs. After I day of looking at them, I went out and swept them off so we could enjoy the view. Just a couple things that would have made our stay better.

Great view with a cleaning problem

The good: Amazing view of the lake, nicely stocked kitchen, and quality furniture. The bad: Condo Cleaning issues Mold in Dishwasher Return vent above Laundry room filthy The exhaust fan in the master water closet is filthy Cobwebs in master bath light fixtures above the sinks Master shower in need of deep cleaning Bunk room portable fan needed deep cleaning renter cleaned it and doesn’t Oscillate Spare bedroom extra fan needs a deep cleaning Window trim in the bunk room had cobwebs and no screens on the windows The toilet seat in the master needed repair.

Brooklyn building condo 308

While we loved the location and the view, there where several areas that need improved with the property. We were nervous to let our children go on the deck as the railing is unsafe, the floor is uneven and there are screws sticking out of the floor. Upon arrive we noticed a large crack with sharp edges in one of the windows that over looks the deck. And the place appears to need a deep clean. Mold in dish washer and toys and other trash found in living room on the floor.

Cleaning crew needs improvement

Before arriving I received instructions on entering building and condo. 1st email arrived a month before our arrival and the 2nd email with instructions arrived a few days before our arrival. The email that arrived a few days before travel had all the wrong codes for entering. Good thing I kept the old email or I would have been lock out. The cleaning crew was lax on cleaning as shower had mold, shelves were dusty, vents are covered in dust and dishes were put away in cabinets dirty. The deck has major trip hazard as boards are not flush and it slopes forward so feels like it’s going to collapse. Had 1 broken window and Internet is very slow and TV stops working to buffer often. This was our 3rd visit to this resort and by far this was the dirtiest condo we have stayed in.

We Love Okoboji. I grew up there and vacation there every summer now.

I was so excited about this vacation and the view is breathtaking! We had a fabulous time, however there were issues! The deck is very unstable looking although we were told it is safe. The windows really dirty, spider webs etc. we’re everywhere. The dishwasher didn’t work, even though they called someone in to look at it. He said nothing was wrong but it doesn’t wash the dishes. The under ground garage, the spectacular view and the cozy living room couch made the negatives turn into a positive. With a few fixes I would rent this place every summer.

Our family loved our stay here. The view is incredible and we spent a lot of mornings and evenings enjoying it from the deck. The deck has some sturdiness issues but I never felt unsafe and I would rent this place again in a minute!!!!! Thanks for a super enjoyable week!

View is Stunning/Great Location

On the positive side, the view is stunning. I could sit there all day and watch the boats go by. The cleanliness was okay. There was a bag of trash left in one bathroom. A vent up high was quite dusty and dead flies on the floors in living area. The amenities are great. Wish the docks were bigger so you could fish on without being in the way. The biggest concern is the deck. We didn’t go on it as their were concerns with railings and we have a five year old. There was some unevenness in flooring which is something I would want fixed to return. Looking around the other units, there are some inconsistencies with decks like things have been replaced or need replaced. If deck was fixed, we would definitively stay again. Also, the location to Arnold’s Park was fantastic! The biggest unexpected surprise was a short fireworks show we could see out the West. That was great!

Beautiful location!

Came back home to Okoboji for a large family reunion. We had 3 adults and 3 kids in our condo. There was plenty of space and the views were worth the stay alone. The condo is also in very close proximity to Arnold's Park and lots of great restaurants. We appreciated having free tickets to the waterpark and a garage parking spot - especially when it got super busy closer to July 4th and there were no close parking spots. Our biggest complaint was that there was obviously a major structural issue with the deck and other decks in the condo building. Our unit had multiple signs warning not to lean on the railing which seemed reasonable. But we quickly noticed an extreme slant to the deck and a very dangerous tripping hazard where part of the deck had sagged so badly and created a lip in the flooring that stuck up. Someone could seriously lose a toe in that spot if tripped over. We decided to still use the deck but truly questioned the safety. We saw a letter posted on one of the other condo unit's doors explaining to renters that there was an investigation being done about the deck issues but results weren't given other than that using the decks wasn't recommended. Overall this issue didn't affect our stay too much but I would have appreciated being made aware of it prior. Another minor issue was that there were no replacement trash bags in the kitchen so we had to purchase some. Overall we would absolutely come back again - there is no place like Okoboji and this rental was a fantastic place to stay!

Good but could use some improvement

The view at this property is really the star of the show, otherwise I would give this property 3.5 stars. The TV doesn’t have cable or any streaming apps, simply an antenna and DVD player. Our internet service was hit or miss too; we kept having to unplug it and plug it back in. The bedroom curtains were incredibly thin and there were no blinds anywhere in the kitchen/family room, which felt a bit strange at night. Also, the master bed is right in front of the porch door which also has no curtains so it was a very bright room early in the morning. The unit was clean on the service but also felt like it needed a deep clean but maybe I’m just being overly picky. Location was great and the unit was plenty big (would have loved a king bed in the master bedroom). Covered deck as also fabulous!

Very Nice home...

Very nice home, the only thing we did not realize was no cable, so we could not get any tv stations. You need to use apps to access tv with internet. For us we only had one app, but we were only there in the evening so it was fine.
