About this property

This beautifully restored 1920s building is surrounded by palm trees, bamboo and a great variety of tropical plants. The second floor unit is newly furnished and decorated, and has a screened in porch where you can enjoy the greenery. The main bedroom is surrounded by bamboo and has a queen bed. If an additional bed is desired, there is a queen pull out couch in the tv room. We provide a fully stocked kitchen and it has a gas stove, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, the condo allows for a soft landing after a long day.
Fine dining and boutiques await you in Hyde Park Village just three blocks away. Take a stroll through our leafy neighborhood of elegant Victorian and Bungalow homes. From Bayshore Boulevard, a five mile stretch of uninterrupted sidewalk, you can watch the sunset, or during the day enjoy the sparkling waters of Tampa Bay. You will often find manatees and dolphins cruising along with you on your walk or run.
You can access downtown in a few minutes, as well as Tampa General Hospital, and Raymond James stadium is within 5 miles.

Great stay

The home is exactly as listed. Its an older apartment that has been updated to be cozy and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. It's within walking distance to beautiful Hyde Park and Bayshore Drive and if you are there to visit your kids at UT, it is only a 5 minute drive to campus. Thoroughly enjoyable! Will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend

Excellent Apartment with Exceptional Location!

We had everything we needed within the apartment for meals, relaxing, and television. The second floor porch with comfortable chairs and a fan was nice. Restaurants are under a mile away and very walkable. The boulevard for walks and riding along the water front is about a quarter mile away. This place was a "win" for us!

Perfect apartment in a perfect neighborhood!

We loved our stay in Hyde Park and walked everywhere from morning walks on Bayshore to excursions for great meals. We've already booked a return visit for next March!
