Attractive house located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the library, and the waterfront park. Start and end your day watching the world go by from the comfortable front screened porch. Sage House blends period charm with modern conveniences for a truly enjoyable stay.
The first floor features a large family room with plenty of seating for the whole family, a fully renovated kitchen with all amenities, a laundry room, a traditional dining room, and a side screened porch with bistro set. A full bathroom with a shower completes this level.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms with full beds. A full bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and a cozy office with window air conditioning provides a quiet spot to work or relax.
