Enjoy resort-style living in this Northside pool home. Three bdrms, two w/king beds, one queen, and two baths offer the space you need to settle right in. Outdoors is a totally different living space. Besides the pool and waterfall features, you can enjoy outdoor eating w/TV, a swing and fire pit. The pool has a swim up bar and a table w/extra spa bubblers. Discover Havasu while relaxing in this value plus rental.
Water, trash, cable/dish, WIFI and electric included. (Electric has a cap of $150 a month)
Note: January - March we only accept full calendar month rentals (no mid-month rentals).

Nice home with amazing pool.

Rented over the weekend with a group of friends and the house was just as described. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was the perfect place. Only suggestion is upgrading the grill, it works but needed a deep cleaning. Property manager is responsive and not micromanaging, no contact needed all weekend.
