Under new management, Has been a fan favorite for 3 years. Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in Lake Havasu City. Has a 2-car garage (winter only) & a heated pool. Features granite counters, adding a touch of elegance to the kitchen. For those with a motorhome or RV, the property includes hookups and a large covered side parking with a 12.5' clearing. The pool has an electric heater at $50 per day for short stay and a $150 electrical cap on 28+day rentals. The expansive covered patio is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, offering a breathtaking view of the lake.

*** We require an AZ state contract for all rentals. All rentals in summer are subject to electricity caps per contract.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are a property management company, so we do require that you sign an AZ state contract.
Any reservation over 28 days has an electricity cap of $150.00 and gas cap of $75.00
If you have unauthorized pet, we charge a $200.00 fee.

Property was amazing and host was super helpful and communicative with everything. Some anxiety was caused due to not receiving the check in information until a few hours before arrival but other than that our stay was awesome! Beds were comfortable, A/C ran cold, and we had plenty of room to accommodate all our family!
