Please note: Weather conditions impact pool warmth, and we cannot guarantee swimability in cooler months
The only communal area on this property is the expansive three-well dock featuring a swim platform. Our dock is jointly owned by three different HOA members, each responsible for one slip. Within this shared space, there is a generously sized "HOA shared" extended (15 x 35) covered platform/sun deck adorned with a table and chairs for your leisure. We kindly request that you show consideration for the other owners by adhering to some guidelines. For safety reasons, refrain from running, jumping, or diving from the dock due to the water depth.
In the spirit of shared responsibility, please ensure you pick up after yourself, removing any items such as life jackets, towels, fishing poles, tackle, etc., and dispose of all trash every time you leave the dock. Take a moment to sit back, relax, and enjoy the picturesque view of passing boats and waverunners as you unwind in this tranquil space. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant experience for all dock users.
If you are interested in renting a boat during your stay, your host can guide you to a local company that will have one delivered to our dock for your rental use. Please message the owner as early as possible for availability.
Off Season:
While the pool and lake take a hiatus in the cooler months, Autumn and Winter usher in a whole new set of exciting activities in the area! Book your stay at our home and immerse yourself in the seasonal delights. Explore the surroundings by cruising on a bike, engage in a spot of fishing, try your hand at ice skating, savor the festive charm of Christmas parades, embark on invigorating hikes, or simply enjoy watching football. There's something for everyone during the colder seasons – make the most of your visit!
BOOKING RULES -
LEASE(S)
A signed lease is mandatory for reserving the home, as per the owner's requirement. Additionally, the owner insists on a signed lease for the use of the boat slip, with a maximum size allowance of 10ft x 24ft. Please review the lease(s) prior to booking on the VRBO platform.
Security Camera Surveillance
Our home has security cameras with 24/7 video surveillance.
There are 3 located outside in the front yard/side yard of our home. There are 3 located outside in the enclosed backyard/outdoor kitchen/pool area.
AGE POLICY
Guests must be 30 years or older to book, with considerations for work-related travel. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless made by an employer entity.
GUEST CAPACITY AND INFORMATION
Our home accommodates a maximum of 12 people. We do not permit "flip flop" guests. (Guests that arrive, stay then leave, then have other guests stay in their place.
Additional guest fees apply, and accurate party information is mandatory when booking.

Number of young adults (under 25)
