Beautiful 800+ sqft condo w/ views of Fourth Ward Park & Charlotte skyline. Spacious 1bedroom w/ 2 closets! Full bath w/ ceramic tile, covered parking spot & secure lobby with an elevator. Steps from Harris Teeter & walking distance to Discovery place, parks, performing arts center, and the best dining and entertainment the city has to offer. 1 block from Bank of America corporate center & 7-8 min from Novant & Atrium Hospitals - 1 assigned parking spot in garage. Not ideal if you're not able to back a car in. Large vehicles will be tight.

Great Long-Term Stay in Great Location

My stay at Kim’s place was fantastic from start to finish. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect—just minutes from a grocery store and close to uptown, so it was easy to explore the area and get everything I needed. Kim was a wonderful host: responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel welcoming. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A great long-term stay in Uptown

Kim was an attentive and communicative host. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for my 2 month stay. It is a great location especially if you are spending your time in Uptown Charlotte - I was easily able to walk to work and the light rail. While the passing traffic could sometimes be loud, I felt very safe and the building was well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend! Thank you!

Property was fantastic! Stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect location. Could walk to work. I felt very safe and it even came with my own spot in the parking garage. Owner was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again for another extended stay.

Perfect location

I loved my stay here. Kim was so sweet, always checking in on me and offering to help. The apartment is the perfect size and so clean. It is the perfect location close to up town Charlotte!

safe, beautiful, perfect location

I stayed at this property for over 2 months and I never wanted to leave. It's decorated perfectly, lots of natural light and greenery to revive you. Kim was easy and wonderful to work with. I always felt safe in the building and was able to get around the city without a car because of the five-minute walk to the light rail station (though the provided parking space is convenient for guests). The bed was comfortable, the balcony was ideal for early morning breakfasts with a view of Fourth Ward Park, Harris Teeter 20 steps away, and a safe neighborhood for walks. Could not imagine a better place to stay than here.
