Adorable beach cottage located within a short walk to the beach!! Open and spacious floor plan. Kitchen features breakfast nook and breakfast bar, updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Living room with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace and large LCD TV, access to fenced in back yard and screened lanai via the sliding glass doors. Upstairs in the loft you will find a twin bed, and plenty of room. Downstairs the main level of the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The master bedroom features wood style flooring, a queen bed, ceiling fan, standard closet and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.  Guest bedroom with wood style flooring, queen bed, ceiling fan and standard closet. Guest bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower. One car attached garage. Full size washer and dryer located in garage for guest use. Fully fenced in back yard with multiple seating areas. Att internet and Streaming TV through Smart TVS. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. No cats. Located in South Jacksonville Beach minutes from restaurants, breweries, shopping and children's activities! Jacksonville Beach Golf Club is only 2 miles away. Available as a weekly & monthly furnished rental.   $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities included. Rates are subject to change for holidays and special events.

Great location

We had medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and the location was perfect. Property manager was great to work with and very responsive.

Nice vacation home

The layout of the home was really good for vacationing with the family. You will want to drive to the beach unless you have a bike. Check- in was easy and the property was nice.

Good, but...

Great location and great fenced back yard. Comfy master bed and LR sofas. Bathrooms need updating. Kitchen dishes and service wear extremely worn. Grill nasty. Piles of sand under sofa and area rug. Loft area has very steep steps and no air. Four bicycles take up single garage so no space for your car, which we needed as we were there for 5 weeks and during Ian hurricane.

Quiet/Quaint/Convenient/Location

We rented this home for the LOCATION. Lovely new kitchen and living room furniture. The beach cruisers are awesome for riding to the beach, local stores, etc. Easy to work with if any issues come up. We really enjoy it and will continue to rent here as much as possible when we come to watch UNF Volleyball games!
