As you enter, you will be welcomed by an open living area that induces relaxation, characterised by bright colours and clean lines.

The kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with amenities such as an electric kettle and microwave oven to meet all your culinary needs.

The sitting area offers ample comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding while enjoying your favourite shows on the TV. The stylish dining table, featuring two rattan chairs and a bench, provides an ideal spot for showcasing your day outfit in social media posts.

The bedroom boasts a double bed, storage space, and French windows for those who appreciate waking up to sunlight. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Vieille Ville is a bustling Old Town shopping and leisure quarter entered via Tour de l'Horloge, a centuries-old gate and clock tower. Narrow pedestrian streets around the striking Gothic-style City Hall are lined with chic clothing stores in pale grey limestone buildings. At the same time, upscale bars and bistro terraces fill medieval merchants' arcades. The Musée des Beaux-Arts shows French paintings in a neoclassical mansion. This flat is in a busy area, please take it into consideration when booking it.

The area Vieille Ville is pedestrian-friendly, and you can get to most places by foot.

La Rochelle Airport is 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
