Perfectly situated

A clean, smart, ground floor apartment, equipped with all we needed.The bed was comfortable and the inner courtyard with secure gating allowed us a safe, quiet outside space. Very close to the Vieux Port, but in a quiet enough position to sleep well. Friendly, helpful owners.

Very well situated

The property was very well situated in the centre of La Rochelle which was exactly what we wanted. It was well equipped and comfortable overall although the footboard on the bed caused some slight problems with sleeping. Sophie was a very welcoming and helpful host. She provided us with a ticket for parking in the nearby (on foot) public car park which was secure and well worth the extra 70 euro cost. Future visitors should note that the one-way system in La Rochelle and the closure of some roads at certain times of the day can make locating the property a frustrating experience even with an up to date satnav, but Sophie very patiently guided us to the correct road by telephone.

La Rochelle ist eine phantastische Stadt ! Das Wetter war spitze!

Wir erlebten die Stadt während des Events "Les Francofolies" . Das war super schön. Die ganze Stadt war voller Musik! Unser Sohn möchten nächstes Jahr hinfahren, so viel haben wir ihm vorgeschwärmt.

Convenient and charming apartment in the old port

The apartment was in a perfect location. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. The neighborhood is lively and the town is picturesque. We stayed for a month and the apartment was a good size for two people.

Charming little apartment in the old City of La Rochelle

Nice small apartment close to the old harbour in a quite court yard with a locked gate. You are close to restaurants, shopping and underground parking. We recommend to rent bicycles for easy access to the town. The beach is a 20 minute bike-drive away. If you are taller than 180 cm, this is not for you, since the bed has a footboard. My husband had to sleep with his feet on top of the footboard. Other than that we had a great time in the apartment.

Ideally located apartment in La Rochelle

The apartment is ideally located strolling distance from Vieux Port and the main part of town. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. We were given a warm welcome by Sophie, who took the trouble to take us to a recommended restaurant. The apartment is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in La Rochelle

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et très calme situé dans le quartier Saint Nicolas. Aucune surprise entre ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce et la réalité; le logement est tout à fait fidèle à ce qui est proposé. Situé à proximité de la gare SNCF, des commerces, de l’Aquarium, de l’Office du Tourisme et du Vieux Marché. La Rochelle est une ville dynamique et très attractive par ses animations, ses possibilités logistiques ainsi que touristiques et ses littoraux merveilleux.

L'appartement est très agréable : clair, propre et confortable. Super séjour à La Rochelle

Très agréable séjour, nous sommes partis entre amis et nous recommencerons sans hésiter. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas eu à nous servir de la voiture car tout est à proximité (les commerces, la boulangerie, le vieux marché et l’aquarium qui est très beau à voir) La propriétaire est agréable, très accueillante et disponible.

Vacance au calme

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement ou rien ne nous a manqué, quartier calme et proche du Vieux Port, à 5 min du Vieux Marché très pratique, pas besoin de voiture les transports en commun rochelais sont très pratique (bus, bateau, vélo). Séjour superbe, je conseil à tous beaucoup de choses à faire (voile, accro-branches...) et à voir (aquarium, les tours, les arcades, les îles) et beaucoup d'animations le soir.

Un très bon séjour !!

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, l'appartement est un petit nid douillet avec tout le confort souhaité dans un quartier très calme près du Vieux Port. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et découvert cette magnifique ville ou l'animation est toujours présente. Nous avons également pu profiter chaque jour des produits du marché en nous cuisinant des poissons excellents, c'est aussi pour cela que l'appartement avec cuisine était important pour nous. Je conseille vivement ce logement pour sa situation et pour son équipement.

Excellent séjour, accueil irréprochable de nos hôtes. Tout le confort d'un petit logement en centre ville, proche des principaux points d'intérêt. Seul bémol : le supplément demandé pour la location de draps, de serviettes, de torchons même. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour

Un très bel appartement, joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, qui est situé en plein centre, dans le plus vieux quartier de La Rochelle, à deux pas du Vieux Port et quelques minutes du Vieux Marché... tout en étant très calme et donnant sur un petit jardin La situation est donc idéale quel que soit votre programme. Enfin, la propriétaire très accueillante qui a un réel souci du bien-être de ses locataires. Merci pour votre accueil et de nous avoir ainsi permis de passer une si agréable semaine dans cette magnifique ville et ses environs.

Superbe location résidence calme

Nous avons séjournes une semaine dans cette location : à notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires qui entretient très bien leur appartement, très propre, rien à dire à ce sujet.Le mobilier est de bonne qualité, le lit de bon confort. Nous étions à quelques pas des tours de La Rochelle, de l’aquarium et des petits commerces. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons pour l'été 2016. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et nombreux conseils sur la région.

Très bel appartement Quartier St Nicolas

Joli 2 pièces lumineux en plein cœur du centre-ville de la Rochelle dans une rue calme très bien équipé et literie de qualité, avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge ainsi qu’internet. Idéal à 4 personnes pour profiter pleinement du vieux port, du marché gourmand et des belles plages à proximité. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit avec un accueil charmant de la propriétaire.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la semaine passée dans cet appartement. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. L’appartement est propre, parfait pour quatre personnes et extrêmement bien situé. Il se situe à 100 mètres du Vieux Port ce qui est très agréable, et le trajet jusqu'à la plage de la Concurrence se fait facilement et rapidement à pied. L'accès de l’Office du Tourisme, de l’aquarium, des tours de La Rochelle, du Vieux Marché ou de la gare se font également à pied. A recommander pour visiter La Rochelle sans avoir besoin de voiture.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé une quinzaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du Vieux Port et du vieux marché. Il est très agréable, fonctionnel avec une belle décoration et cuisine bien équipée. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Rochelle et ses environs quelle que soit la saison. Oubliez la voiture, tout se fait à pied. De plus, les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

PARFAIT - APPARTEMENT AGREABLE ET BIEN SITUE

Le descriptif de l'appartement est tout à fait conforme, l'appartement est très bien équipé, on est comme à la maison. Il se situe dans un quartier calme, et on est juste à coté du vieux port pour toutes les animations. De plus, on ne s'est pas du tout servi de la voiture , on a tout fait à pied ou en vélo(avec l'office de tourisme). La propriétaire est très agréable et avec de très bons conseils sur la région afin de passer de bonnes vacances.
