$ 35 x day x apartment.
Which includes:

✓ Beach Service, 2 lounge chairs on the beach x apartment x day. (The
beach umbrella is rented, we recommend bringing your own or paying
20 per day for the umbrella to the hotel staff located on the beach)
✓ Access to the swimming pools, solarium, and hot tube.
✓ Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. That is free of charge.
✓ Ice vending machines in the hallways

● REGISTRATION FEE:
$50 (one time only).

● PARKING FEE:
$40 daily (Maybe the hotel offers discount for long stays)

-That's not optional if you park at the Resort, and it's not included in the rate.
It varies according to the number of days of your stay.

- If you don’t have a car you don´t need to pay the valet parking

Guest access:
On the roof, there is a large solarium, bar, and a pool area with a heated jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the Intracoastal canal with its gorgeous sunsets.
There, the Resort offers sun loungers and umbrellas.
High-speed Wi-Fi also in communal spaces.

Other aspects to take into account:

● PET FRIENDLY: Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge:
Pet Fee: 1 dog $10 daily. - 2 dogs $15 daily.
Ask for the rate if you stay longer.

● CRIB: A Pack and play crib are available upon request. (Not available at this time). $50

● BEACH SERVICE: Two lounge chairs are INCLUDED in the hotel service to your room.
The umbrella on the beach is paid per day. You can carry your own umbrella too.

● POOL SERVICE: By hotel policy, drinks of any kind are not allowed in the pool area. Only those that are sold in the same area can be consumed. In addition to this, we remind you that the consumption of any type of drink near the pool is PROHIBITED, it must always be found near your chair/umbrella.

Check in at the front desk and request the electronic card and the instructions to get to your apartment.

Check-in: From 4PM

Early Check-in subject to availability: from 8:00 am has a cost of $100 and from 12:00 pm has a cost of $50. You must pay by bank transfer or through this same platform. It must be requested in time.

Check-out time: 11 am. After that time, the electronic card will automatically block.

Late check-out: Until 3:00 pm $50 and until 6:00 pm $100.
