We LLOVE LLANO and are thankful for this home that allows us to share our slice of Heaven and zest for interior design. Come and enjoy this newly updated, 1930's Craftsman home that's within walking distance to the Llano River, and the heart of downtown. This open concept space, and original woodwork has been designed for you to relax and reconnect. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of natural lighting and a south breeze. With high ceilings, large bedrooms & top of the line bedding you will cozy up and enjoy it's charm. The front porch is perfect for your morning coffee and the private back patio is a great spot for an evening BBQ.

This house also comes with free 24/7 access to Core24, the local gym. The key to the gym is attached to the house key.

Free High-Speed Wifi is available as well.

Hickory House is blocks away from downtown Llano, giving you easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The house is adorable and Brianna is a super host. We were suppose to stay fo 5 days and only got to spend one night due to an unexpected death in our immediate family. I called her at close to 10 pm told her the situation and she was so kind to us we packed up threw our things in the vehicle and took off on a 5 hour trip back to Dallas. We left everything for her to clean up. She sed we will take care of it me and my sister are so grateful for Bri. She is a jewel

This is a wonderful place to stay in Llano Texas. The home is clean, the kitchen well stocked. We have stayed at other places in Llano and this is our favorite.

Great little house, well stocked for a comfortable stay!

The house was really nice, decorated well, had all the necessary items and extra well stocked kitchen for cooking. There was also a nice backyard with a bricked in area with grill and chairs - great space to relax! It is close enough to walk to the down town and the river.

Hickory House

Hickory House was one of our favorite rentals we have ever stayed at. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Our favorite part was the porch swing on the front porch.

Beautiful house, they thought of everything

Very well stocked house, clean and felt new. Also liked the town of Llano, very friendly folks at draft beer bar walking distance. Drove across the river to The Barrel House and saw great live music and friendly folks. Wildflowers were fabulous this year.

Quaint and Peaceful

We stayed at the property for 2 nights, and enjoyed it. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house because we walked around town in the mornings and spent the days out at the Ranch. But for when we were there it was comfortable and quiet.

Hickory House

We had a lovely stay at Hickory House for a 2 night family trip to the Llano area. Bri was very responsive. The home was welcoming, comfortable, and well supplied. A perfect “base-camp” for exploring the town and surroundings. We were also greeted with a Summer Sausage which was equal parts quirky and perfect. Would highly recommend and will return to it the next time we are in the area.
