Texas T Bed and Breakfast is a rustic Texas themed secluded cabin located atop one of the highest hills just outside the city limits of Llano that offers a million dollar view of the Texas Hill Country. Less than a mile away is the Llano River and the historic downtown square that offers shopping, food, spirits, and fun. We are close by to lakes, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksberg, and Austin. Weekend getaway

The property was especially nice and cozy. Quiet with great views of nature and wildlife. Llano River was close by, as well as the quaint town square which had numerous shops and restaurants. This place was perfect!

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay at Texas T Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect- close to town with an out-of-town feeling. The views were great. The cabin was super clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the sunset. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

It's great getaway from the city. Amazing cabin with all features. The best feature is the location! All the amazing things inside the cabin are bonus along with the beautiful bathroom and great Texas aesthetics inside the whole cabin.

Wonderful Get-Away

We enjoyed a very restful 3 night stay at your cabin. The back porch overlooking the Llano River Valley was the perfect view for relaxing. The cabin was well-stocked and very clean.

Wonderful place to stay!

Great clean cabin just outside of town. Minutes from square with shops. Enjoyed sitting on porch and watching deer, cows and hummingbirds. Cabin is well stocked and owner is very nice.

What a joy to stay at Texas T B&B! My purpose in searching for a quaint and quiet place to stay was for a personal retreat. It was exactly what I needed. From the location, to the wildlife, to all of the well thought out details, Rick and Cloris have an amazing little cabin! Thank you so much for the hospitality! I hope to return again!

Perfect quick get away

This was just what we needed. The cabin was cozy, clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views, snacks, movies…..I could go on and on. And Rick was the perfect host. Replied quickly to messages and very helpful. He recommended a new eating spot that we went to and it was delicious. I highly recommend this cabin and plan on going back hopefully sooner than later.

Awesome place with a beautiful view.

This was my first time visiting Llano and it was the best thanks to Rick and this place. I slept like a baby and enjoyed watching the birds, deer and mountains before bed. Everything that is beautiful about Texas is complimented with this cabin. I visited Enchanted Rock for some hiking and the local coffee shop Fuel Coffee is the best. Thank you Rick.

You won't be disappointed.. It was perfect!

We rented this B&B based on pictures and previous reviews. It was so much more! Cozy, comfortable, more amenities than I can remember to list. Great location, great view. Rick stayed up late to greet us. He and his wife really have thought about every detail. She had also decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights and plenty of festive decor. We got a good laugh reading "The Redneck Night Before Christmas". We hope to be back!

Such a great experience! The view from the rockers on the front porch is fantastic, not a lake front but a perfect hill country view, filled with hills, cardinals, doves and hummingbirds as well as a flock of wild turkey. The cottage itself is so comfy, the bed adjustable, fully stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods and snacks. The bathroom is roomy. My only caution is if you have limited mobility, the path to the cabin is rocky and not level but the 3 stairs up to the cabin has a nice railing. I so enjoyed by stay!

My wife enjoyed watching the deer and birds come up to eat. The sunset was beautiful. The host was very friendly and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Quick trip to visit family

Hello. My name is Rick Tiffin and my wife is Cloris Tiffin. We are retired educators from West Texas and moved to Llano five years and have loved living here ever since. Our home is atop one of the highest hills in the Llano area and offers a spectacular view to the south.
We wanted to share this great view of the hill country to visitors who come to the area so we built our cabin in the summer of 2015 and started renting it out as a bed and breakfast. We love to meet new people and we would love to offer our hospitality to you. So come and stay with us and we promise to make it a great experience for you.
