You can even set up your own bounce house. Savor the crisp air with your loved ones on our expansive in-ground deck, which boasts built-in benches. There is an outdoor grill, a front porch, a ping pong table, and foosball tables. For a cozy evening, gather around the fire pit with chairs for marshmallow roasting. Brushy Creek Lake Park and Sport Park are a short five-minute journey away, accessible via bike trails from the property. Avery Ranch Golf Course is equally close by. Downtown Austin lies 20 miles away. Our garage is equipped with an EV charger, and a private airport is conveniently located nearby.
