This is a quiet family neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing trip away from your home. No interior steps and only 1 at the front door and 2 from the patio to the pool. The in-ground pool is spacious with plenty of seating. Also, the large trees provide plenty of shade from the sun while swimming. Quick access to major roads, restaurants and shopping.
What makes this property unique
1-Story / 4Bdrm / 2Bath (1- California King, 2 Queens, 2 twin beds). Spacious living room and a separate kids play space. The high ceilings help make this property feel like a home... Everything about the main bath is over the top. From the raised double vanity to the HUGE Double-headed walk in shower and blue-tooth speaker in the exhaust fan.
