This Village cottage style three bedroom villa is unique in its floorplan and has plenty of relaxing living space and lots of natural light. As you walk into the villa you are greeted by the open dining room and living room areas with vaulted ceilings and glass windows and doors. The living room has a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, and two chairs, perfect for lounging. The dining area, which seats six, is adjacent to the living room area, where you will also find sliding glass doors to a private patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen area with granite counters. The master bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings, a King bed, Cable TV, its own private bathroom with tub/shower combination , and its very own sliding glass doors to a private patio overlooking the 11 mile lagoon at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. On the other side of the villa is another spacious secondary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, two Queen beds, Cable TV, its own bathroom and access to its very own private patio, as well. The third bedroom is upstairs with two twin beds and Cable TV and access to a guest bath downstairs. Feel right at home with this three bedroom rental on Hilton Head Island!

The Village at Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful setting just 200 yards away from a wide sand beach and the Dunes House Beach Club by a footpath along the waterway. The Village features a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground, and waterside picnic tables and BBQ grills. Enjoy an easy walk to golf, tennis, restaurants, shopping, crabbing, canoes, fishing, paddleboats, biking and nightlife. Guests of this beautiful Hilton Head rental enjoy the free shuttle (from April through September) around Palmetto Dunes and to the shops and restaurants of the Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina as well as Shelter Cove Town Center.
