Guests are responsible for paying $25 for security/parking pass (first car).
2nd car security / parking pass from the same guest is $25.
3rd car from the same guest is not allowed in the resort.

Staying for 90 nights or more (long term), no tax will be collected, and additional discount.
Long term reservations are only being accepted for 2026.

Service animal supporting documents will have to be submitted to the resort office for approval. Approval takes 14 days.

No pets allowed. No smoking inside the unit

Short term reservation requests ( staying for 89 nights or less) for calendar year 2026 are not being accepted yet).
The town of Hilton Head has not issued short term permit for 2026.
