Small, cosy, comfortable terraced house "La Cadièrienne", 3 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the centre of La Cadière d'Azur, in an elevated position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Public parking 100 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 70 m, restaurant 100 m, café 80 m, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 450 m, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 5.7 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr sur Mer, 8 km.
4-room house 120 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Electric heating. Terrace 13 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Access to the house is via 5 steps, access to the 1st floor is via 13 steps then access to the 2nd floor is via 14 steps.

Sehr sauber und zentral.

Das Interieur ist zwar etwas in Jahre gekommen, aber dafür war das Haus sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht, nur keinen Luxus. Den hatten wir mit 4 Kindern aber weder gesucht noch erwartet. Allerdings ist die Parksituation für eine Familie eher suboptimal, da man vom etwas entfernten Parkplatz immer den halben Berg hoch muss. Aber alles in allem 5 Sterne. Mit Interhome hat alles sehr unkompliziert und freundlich geklappt. Herzlichen Dank dafü

The cottage was lovely in a picturesque village. It was clean and tidy and full of character. However, in the tightly packed streets it was difficult to find initially and the street was too narrow to drive right through. Once we had found it and sussed the parking it was fine. I was a bit disappointed that you had to provide your own bedding or hire from Interhome, at a cost of 95 euros. It was also a bit of a trek to pick up the keys from the Interhome office. A meet and greet would have been much better, from the point of view of locating the cottage as well.

Charmanter Ausgangspunkt für Strand und Ausflüge

Ein Haus mit viel Flair und stimmungsvollen Räumen in ruhiger Lage. Ein Örtchen mit Geschichte und netten Menschen ohne großen Rummel. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Strand in Sanary oder Touren in die Umgebung bestens geeignet. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Jederzeit wieder!

Pas mal

Beaucoup d'escaliers à monter. Je déconseille aux seniors. Impossible de se garer devant la maison qui est perchée tout en haut du village Sans abîmer la carrosserie de notre voiture et pourtant j'ai une petite voiture. Sinon village agréable. Pas de jardin énorme mais quelle bonne surprise d'avoir pu cueillir des figues dans celui ci.
