About this property

Main floor corner condo in Moose Hollow with free, parking next to the front steps. And steps away from the hot tub! This corner unit spoils you with light from more windows and yet more privacy with no wall-sharing neighbors. From the front deck you can see the pool/hot tub; and the golf course off the back patio facing east. We recently added a dining table with two fold-down leaves that easily fits 4-5 adults. It is against the wall in the first picture.
There is a basement to keep you cool in summer and cozy warm in winter.
Upstairs has the kitchen/ living room and a bedroom and full bath; downstairs are two bedrooms- one a master with en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom with a queen and a next to a bathroom. The washer and dryer is also downstairs.
The Master is spacious — with a new sofa/pullout to full bed size. And new 70” tv. A chair and table space for laptop for those who need a quiet spot to check up on work emails while on vacation. 5GWifi is great!
There’s also a crib.
Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley. Pineview Reservoir, pickleball, tennis courts and golf a few minutes away! It truly is a mountain escape. The Ogden Valley is beautiful to just explore and take in the scenery. We love the drive to get here, and the ambiance at Moose Hollow.

We traveled to the area for ski with our adult sons. Having 3 bedrooms was so nice and gave us the space we preferred. Kitchen is fully stocked which made making almost all of our meals so easy. Had an issue with the fire place and host contacted me immediately. Would stay again the next time we ski in the area. Super convenient. Tip: Make a liquor store stop in Ogden before arriving - none in Eden area :)

Perfect location

Our family stayed at the condo which was very clean and a perfect location to ski Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. We enjoyed the surrounding scenery and the local deer. We also saw a bald eagle! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We live and work in Bountiful, Utah and we love getting away to Eden. We have 5 children and plan to take them to the lake in the summer and to snow ski all while enjoying our cozy condo.

We fell in love with our Cozy Corner Condo the minute we saw it! We love the year-round options for snow and water skiing! We love that it has more windows, and it's across the way from the pool. There is extra storage for skis and snow gear.
We bought our family-friendly condo to create memories with our kids for years to come, and we are excited to share it with you while we are away being responsible humans at home.
