The kitchen is flawlessly updated with a large island ideal for food prep or dining. In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a King-sized bed and en suite bath. We loved the property. Smartly furnished, neat, attractive, and convenient, we were very comfortable. The heating and AC systems, appliances worked well. There were outside spaces to sit; the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the TV screen in the living room was large and easy to use. The location is superb. The neighborhood in old Northeast is a delight to walk around in, relaxed and charming. 4th street a few streets away has about everything we needed for shopping. And Tampa Bay is only a 10 minute walk, and downtown about a 5 minute drive. Great dog parks nearby with fabulous views. Finally, Kelly and her team were responsive from the time I made the reservation until the time I left. Helpful and friendly and this made a big difference too.

St Pete is Awesome

Great spot, would def stay again. A little tough with a young kid and dog cause of the traffic on 22nd, other than that this place was perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for two months in December and January and overall had a great experience. The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy St. Pete. It is on a busy street, so there can be traffic noise, which is not a complaint, just something worth noting for light sleepers.The house was a great size for a couple with two small dogs, and we were surprised by the small fenced backyard, which was really nice to have for the dogs. My mom also came to stay for two weeks during our visit, and we still had enough room to be comfortable.The property manager was very nice and responsive. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, and having the washer and dryer in the garage was especially convenient for a longer stay.The garage was also a nice but it was a tight fit with a truck and an SUV. One thing to note is that the third bedroom is right off the garage, has its own exterior door, and does not have a separate bathroom nearby, so it is better suited for an office, kids, or flexible extra space rather than another adult or couple.Overall, this was a nice rental in a very convenient location at a decent price and it worked well for our extended stay.
