Family get away

Loved the location. Beautiful views. Nice condo with tasteful decor. Only issues were parking and the mattresses. Needs another parking space for a 10 person condo and the mattresses need to be updated. Will definitely rent again!

Spring Training

We come for Spring Training as this area is within an hour of most of the parks and has great beaches and restaurants. Unfortunately, there was a few missed steps in the check in process and I was provided the wrong code for the door which was frustrating upon arrival but all was sorted quickly. The property was well equipped and exactly as we expected from the pictures.

Great beach location

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great location right on the beach. We had 5 adults and 2 teens here during our stay and never felt crowded. The main bathroom is dated but overall the property is nice. The only downside is that there is only one elevator for the building which can be an issue during certain times (which is not a direct condo issue). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a place on the beach.

Everything was as described at this rental. We have stayed at this building many times so we are familiar with the location & building amenities. This particular unit was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated & well appointed. They literally have everything you need for cookware and appliances, as well as some beach stuff to borrow. Zero issues with checking in. Will be renting this unit again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 404 is very spacious and well appointed unit. Move in day is a little crazy but we never had problems getting the elevator. Condo is right on the beach. Grill and pool area nice. Our only surprise was that the unit was still not ready at 3:00pm. I would not expect early check in, at least in June! Near restaurants, shops etc.

The condo was not as clean as we expected when we got there. The floors were sandy and the cabinet handles were sticky. Location is great, but the parking lot was black topped during the week which did not allow us to use to parking lot from Tuesday-Friday. When we were told it would be done Thursday. The rental company was awful to deal with as far as making arrangements- would not rent another unit if it was ran by distinctive beach rentals. When renting a beach front condo, you expect to be able to park close to your condo esp with a 9 month old baby and a handicap person with us. We were first told we had to park a couple blocks down the street until eventually they made arrangements with the condos next door and use their lot. The pack and play had sand in it..luckily we had our own for our baby to sleep. No beach towels were available. But the toys that are available were great for kids. Overall, the location is great, but I would not stay in this unit specifically

Pleasant experience

Overall, it was a great week on Madeira Beach. Although we arrived late, it was easy to access the condo and settle in. It would have been nice to have a tray of ice for a cold drink until we were able to get our own (suggestion). I have to admit I was disappointed there were no screens on the sliding doors. Evenings were nice and I would have preferred fresh air to air conditioning. We had a slight issue with the television, but a quick email to Chris and he took care of it promptly. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels provided, modern kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils, and nice shower. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a spacious, clean condo to rent. I miss the dolphins already!

Heartbroken.

Showed up at 4:45 and place had not been touched.Could anyone imagine trying to explain to teenagers and infants we can't unpack yet so just sit in Living room.Could not contact anyone as everybody went home.Tried several ways to find out what happened with no luck. Finally at 6;30 someone showed up .Excuse was rain and they were running late. Can not believe no one could have contacted us earlier about the delay in checking in. I am sorry but will be very leery going through VRBO as we received no help. Very sad way to start a weeks vacation with our Family. Never again I will make sure I can call a person and not all these answering machines. By the way nobody ever contacted us after all the hoops we jumped through.
