Nice location, but property is missing some essentials
Check in was challenging. We arrived at about 10:30 pm, tired from a train ride from Marseille. Expressed our concern about getting in to apt. so someone, nice fellow, met us. The inner courtyard was not lit - very dark and uncomfortable. We got the hang of the 3 code pads, but never could open the key lock box. Inside apt., it looks nice but: Bathroom next to kitchen (bad location). No towel hooks or racks!!! Stove, not hard once we watched video - but you should leave printed instructions. Microwave did not work! No oven. Poorly equipped kitchenware: Only 1 pot. Only 1 fry pan. No cutting board. One knife in poor quality. Only 1 dishtowel. No sponges to wash dishes. When we complained you did provide a cutting board and another dish towel. We bought another knife and brought it home with us. When we notified you about the non-functioning microwave someone came by - not to remove the microwave and replace it - but with a new microwave to be plugged in in a corner of the living room. No sheets for the sofa beds - and our daughter (40 years old) did spend one night with us - no sheets! In the bedroom - you have left a picture frame with the original instructions: Place your artwork here!!!! Really. Has anyone taken a look at this place? You need a bookcase - the books were helter/skelter on the floating shelves on the wall. Never did get living room tv to work. But who needs two tvs anyway? We wasted hours waiting for you to respond to our problems. Expensive. Not worth it.
