This is a very nice apartment, in a beautiful old building, renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch.
It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. This charming apartment is very well furnished in a contemporary spirit: you will find many works, paintings of Parisian artists as well as everything you will need during your stay: modern equipment (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ... ), very good bedding both beds and sofa bed. The apartment is quiet, bright and ideally located in the center of Paris.

Great location, cozy space. While it technically sleeps 4, it would be most comfortable with two adults and two younger children at the most, as I would not consider it two bedrooms. There is one bedroom, with the king bed, and a loft above with the queen bed. There is little room in the loft for luggage, and it would be a challenge to get it up the stairs anyway. There is a sofabed in the living room, but that is also not a separate bedroom, so there is really just one bedroom. The shower is very small with the sink in that bathroom space, in the bedroom, and then there is a very small space with just the toilet off the living room, so sort of an odd bathroom layout. The fridge is like a large dorm size fridge, but assuming you're mostly eating out at nearby delicious restaurants it's sufficient. No oven, but again, you're probably not cooking a meal that would require it. Electric kettle, microwave, toaster, induction stove are all there.

This apartment is as wonderful as advertised. The location can’t be beat with cafes, boutiques and restaurants all around and many key tourist destinations in walking distance. While the apartment is small it is charming and equipped with everything you need. The loft sleeping area is great for kids and young adults but the stairs and low clearance may not be suitable for some adults. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

We had a wonderful short stay here! The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience the city like a local rather than staying in a hotel. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the host was kind and very helpful throughout our stay.Our family of four especially enjoyed the charming little cafés scattered around nearly every corner—grabbing a meal was always easy and enjoyable. This is not a 3 bedroom property. It is a one bedroom with a huge built in bunk bed with a very steep ladder to access the top bunk. If someone sleeps on the pull out sofa then the other person who is sleeping in the bedroom has to scoot pass the sofa sleeper to use the bathroom.

Great apartment in Paris

This apartment had air conditioning, which was amazing given we arrived during the heatwave!! Vincent was super responsive, and supplied all of the essentials. We had enough room for our family of four. Having a washer was great. Great location, close to Notre Dame, shops, and restaurants.
