EXTRAS: High-Speed Internet, two assigned parking spaces, Pack-N-Play, High Chair, beach wagon, laundry/grocery cart, assortment of games, ping-pong paddles with balls, foosballs and standard beach equipment, all included.

THE VIEW
UUnit D-15 is considered a desirable unit at North Coast Village. It has been recently updated and offers oceanfront views from multiple rooms. The unit is located on the ground floor and is the only beachfront unit with no entry steps and two walk-out patios overlooking the beach. On clear days it provides views of Catalina and San Clemente Islands.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Experience a newly renovated kitchen featuring new quartz countertops and custom tile backsplash. It is equipped with top of the line appliances including a low-decibel Bosch 800 series dishwasher. If you decide to cook and/or serve food in the unit, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, slow cooker, toaster, cookware, and bakeware. Salt and spices are provided for your convenience. Enjoy your meals either indoors or outdoors, with dedicated dishes for both settings. The indoor dining area can accommodate 6 people at the table and 3 at the counter, while the outdoor seating includes a back table for 6 and a side table for 4.
The outdoor dishes are made of break-resistant plastic and acrylic, including a coffee set with a thermal cafe for those who want to relax and enjoy their morning coffee while watching the waves.

LIVING AREAS
Feel at home in the beachy living room with new furniture including a leather swivel chair to enjoy the views. The entertainment system comprises a 65” flat-screen Smart TV with DVR,Wi-Fi, and 250+ channels of cable are all included. A new fully adjustable gas fireplace with lights and heat blower for those cooler beach nights gives the room a cozy ambiance.

SLEEPING
The updated master bedroom is designed for relaxing. From the bed or the comfortable leather swivel chair you can hear and see the ocean! This bedroom is spacious and has a 42” flat screen TV, and a small desk or vanity area.
The second bedroom is cozy with a queen-size bed and bunk beds. It is next to the second bathroom. Keep the bedroom doors open with magnetic door holders to feel the ocean breeze through the whole condo or shut them for more privacy.
BATHROOMS
The bathroom in D15 features a private bath with a separate vanity area and walk-in shower with dual shower heads.. The guest bathroom is equally thought-out, featuring a tub/shower combo.

-This unit comes with 2 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
- Pack N Play & High Chair for those traveling with little ones.
- Laundry/ Grocery Cart
-A full suite of beach gear with all the needed equipment for a magical beach vacation, including 4 boogie boards, 6 beach towels, sand toys, 1 beach umbrella, a wagon, and 4 beach chairs
- The unit comes with an assortment of games, ping-pong paddles with balls, and foosballs for the tables in the rec room.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D15's prime location in North Coast Village is a beach lover's dream, situated directly at the oceanfront and just a few steps to the sand.
North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
