Beautiful 2BR + Den, 2 full Bath Condo on the second floor. This condo is in the middle of Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island), on the bay side, with a stunning view of Matanza's Pass! Condo is open concept with 1,450 square feet + two lanai's. The two bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the unit, set up as 2 private suites. The Ocean Harbor condo complex includes: heated saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, access to Publix supermarket, Snook Bight Marina and restaurants Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo Below Deck next door. It's a short 3 - 5 minute or walk to Newton Beach Park and the beautiful white sand beach. Complex is 2.5 miles south of Times Square for additional night life and many more dining options. You will fall in love the second you walk in, and may never want to go home! 28 day minimum rental.

Unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our 6 week stay. Location was wonderful, next to Publix and 2 restaurants, and directly across from the beach. Pool was resort-like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Lovely spacious condo in great location!

The spacious condo was very well stocked with everything you need including paper products, cleaning supplies and more. The master suite is huge and plenty of counter and drawer space in the ensuite bathroom. TV is equipped with Youtube Live and Netflix so we were able to watch anything we wanted. The guest room accommodated our kids and grandkids easily.Location is ideal, next to Publix and two restaurants. Fresh Catch, next door was our favorite restaurant on the island with gorgeous views and great food, drinks and an amazing happy hour.The condo is located in Ocean Harbor which is mid island. There is plenty to do with eight brand new pickleball courts, large heated pool, hot tubs, and a fishing pier with seating to watch the boats go by. We enjoyed the two pool parties with live bands and food. It’s a short walk to the beach and everything you need including a beach cart is provided.The only negative is the fact that the island is still recovering from hurricane Ian. They are rejuvenating the beach which means they are pumping sand down the beach through a big black tube, not sure how long that will take. There is a lot of construction going on, but progress is being made. There are several new restaurants underway.We enjoyed the condo so much that we booked it for next year.

Ocean Harbor

Beautifully updated larger mid-island 2 Bedroom, 2 bath Condo, Just a short walk to the beach, the Publix, Junkanoo Below Deck and Fresh Catch. Morning sunrise of the Bay and evening views from the two Lanai's. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for preparing all meals. Full size clothes washer and dryer. Soon more of the outside amenities will return which will help return the property back to pre Ian condition, lots of work going on during the workdays. Three mile walk or Trolley/Tram ride to Times Square, Margaritaville, Farmers Markets and establishments. The owners, and on site management were easy to reach out to contact. We will definitely return in the future.

Condo on the Bay

Overall, this is a great condo. A perfect location mid-beach, with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well-appointed with everything needed to cook, plenty of towels and bedding, and everything for a trip to the beach. Unfortunately the property was still recovering from hurricane Ian so there was much construction on the building and property grounds. The hosts were very understanding and responded to our concerns. We’ve seen the grounds pre-Ian; they were very nice. Once the work is completed, the property will be more beautiful than before. There’s also a great community of owners who were very friendly. When ready, it’ll be worth the stay!
