One water point per room (sink), 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). A kitchen, a laundry room, a garage for ski or other equipment, easy access and totally cleared of snow in winter, possibility to park cars in front of the house. Neat decoration. Property of 2 hectares, with flat land, woods, torrent on property. Summer: outdoor area with aperitif lounge, wooden table, Webber barbecue. Numerous hikes and mountain bike trails start from the house. Winter: access to the resort of Ascou pailheres 5 min. Access to Bonascre, Ax les 3 domaines by gondolas 10 min.
