The apartment is lovingly furnished and ideal for 2 people with 4 *. 1 additional person can be accommodated comfortably. The 2-room apartment with about 70 square meters is located on the ground floor of our house. The apartment includes a beautiful garden with a large terrace for sole use.
The living room has bed, dining area, fireplace, games, adult and children's books, magazines, CDs, radio / CD, and cable TV.

The bedroom has 1 double bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, where there is no lack of space. A bed for chairbed and a mirror are additionally available. To linens you need not to worry, the beds are freshly made for you.

The new kitchen is stocked with everything what you need. Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, pots, blender, filter coffee machine, dish towels, glasses, cutlery and food basic equipment such as sugar, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, spices, oil, vinegar ...

The bathroom has a toilet, bath with shower, sink, hair dryer, soap and toilet paper. Towels included. These are changed weekly.

The terrace garden is sunny, generous and for the sole use - with a seating area for 4 people. Bedding for garden furniture, sun lounger, parasol and electric tabletop grill for outside are available.

Beautiful apartment in friendly Bavaria.

This apartment comes fully equipped for a couple, a single or small family. Access to both the city of Munich and to the surrounding countryside is simple. The host is wonderfully accomodating and the quarters themselves are impeccably clean and well equipped in all ways.

Apartment in Ebersberg

I needed a place to stay near family and this apartment was great. Just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful garden, kind hosts and friendly neighbors. We walked to the train often, about a 12 min walk. Stores and restaurants are also about a 12 min walk away. The town has a very nice farm market on Wednesdays. Perfect to stock the kitchen.

Schöner Urlaub

ländliche Umgebung

da ich zu tun hatte in München suchte ich eine gute S- Bahnverbindung nach München , man läuft circa 10 Minuten zur S- Bahn , einfaches Umsteigen in München , in der Ferienwohnung fühlte ich mich gleich wohl , auch bei kühleren Temperaturen , den Kachelofen anzumachen und bei Sonnenschein die Terrasse zu genießen Frau Apolltshauser war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zeigte mir den kürzeren Weg zur S-bahn

Tolle , sehr saubere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Es war einfach alles da, was man brauchte. Vermieter super nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Wir , 2 Personen und 1 Hund , haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden auch sehr gerne wiederkommen . Ganz klar: 5 Sterne

gite très agréable, aménagé avec goût, avec une décoration personnalisée, tant à l'intérieur que dans le jardin. Nous avons apprécié les deux terrasses, dont une abritée. Idéal pour l'apéritif après une journée de visites ! M. et Mme Appoltshauser sont sympathiques. Dommage que la barrière de la langue nous ait empêché de communiquer plus amplement. Very pleasant holiday cottage fitted out tastefully, with a personalized decoration, as well inside as in the garden. We appreciated(estimated) both terraces, one of which is sheltered. Ideal for the apéritif after a day of visits ! Mr. and Mrs Appoltshauser are nice. It is a pity the language barrier prevented us from communicating more amply.

Sehr nette Vermietung. Landschaftlich sehr schön . Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder , und bleiben auch länger . Es entsteht nebenan ein Neubau der aber uns nicht gestört hat , da wir nur übers WE da waren.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm ruhig in einem schönen Wohnviertel und hat trotzdem eine gute Anbindung an München. Die Vermieter, die in den oberen Stockwerken in dem Einfamilienhaus wohnen, erwiesen sich als überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir wurden herzlich von ihnen empfangen. Durchaus positiv zu bewerten ist die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung. Sie ist authentisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber gehalten und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich vorstellen kann.

Einrichtung mit viel Liebe

Wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Tolle Lage am Ortsrand in der Natur. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 40 Minuten in München. Auch ganz toll mit Hund. Sehr liebe und aufmerksame Vermieter. Das einzig negative ist, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt aus privaten Gründen zu früh abbrechen mussten.
