Second Row Townhome with Spectacular Intracoastal Waterway Views

Welcome to Summer Bree’s, our beautiful second row townhome located in North Topsail Beach with spectacular, unobstructed views of the intracoastal waterway and just steps from the beach.

2024 SUMMER RENTALS:
JUNE - AUGUST: 5 NIGHT MINIMUM/7 NIGHT MAXIMUM RENTALS

**Effective immediately we are no longer accepting reservations that include fishing boats or fishing groups (of any size). Due to excessive damage and cleaning both inside and outside of our property, we can no longer accept these groups. However, recreational boats are still accepted.**

This rental features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (**6 adults max**) with 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a top twin bunk, bottom full bunk, and twin pullout trundle.
All 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is complete with its own full bathroom (stand up shower) and views of the waterway and marsh. The second full bathroom (tub and shower) is shared between the other 2 bedrooms. A small stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first floor as well (accommodates small laundry loads only).

The top level boasts an open floor plan of the kitchen, living room, and dining room with plenty of large windows to enjoy the beautiful view. The living room offers the perfect place to relax and unwind with a large sectional, tv with Roku, DVD/BluRay player, movies, puzzles, games and books for all ages. Dining options include bar top stool seating for 4 and a dining table with room for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials: dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dishes, silverware for 8, cookware, and smaller dishes/silverware for kids.
Just outside the top floor is a large deck with ample seating to enjoy those spectacular views of the intracoastal waterway. The top deck leads down to a smaller viewing deck, a larger deck on the ground floor and an open backyard.

Check out promptly at 10:00am. Check in starting after 4:00pm.
Professional cleaning services performed after check out and prior to check in.

Essentials included with rental: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, dishwasher detergent pods (1 per day), 1 dish soap & sponge, and 1 hand soap per bathroom & kitchen.

Linens are provided with your rental and include:
- 1 sheet set per bed
- 2 pillows/pillowcases per queen & full bed and 1 pillow/pillowcase per twin bed
- 1 Comforter or quilt is provided for each bed
- 1 Bath towel per guest (8 max), 1 Hand Towel & Bath Mat per bathroom (wash cloths are not included)

**Beach towels are not included in your stay and bath towels cannot be used as beach towels.**

Smart Lock keyless entry - code changed for each guest's stay.
Outdoor shower with hooks for towels/swim suits under the front deck.
Baby pack-n-play and safety gate available.
Step stools in bathrooms for kids.

Public Beach Access: There are no sidewalks on this part of the island, but we are a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. You’ll cross over New River Inlet Rd at the end of our driveway and from there it’s only 300 steps to the public beach access.

No smoking or vaping inside, outside or around the property at any time. Smoking or vaping is in violation of our house rules and will result in additional cleaning charges.

No pets of any kind allowed inside or outside the home. Bringing any type of pet is in violation of our house rules and will result in additional cleaning and damage charges.

No outside guests are permitted in the home and no parties of any kind are allowed during your stay (weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, sorority/fraternity, large family reunions/birthday parties, etc).
