Newly Furnished and located right in the heart of Ortley Beach - Walk to ocean, bay, restaurants, and family entertainment! This is a 2 family house (2 BR on top, 3 BR on bottom) and is rented as a single unit; so it great for groups of families or friends! There is a large outdoor patio, BBQ & outside shower. Multiple car off-street parking available. Includes beach gear, beach badges, bikes, foosball table and all linens! Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Lavallette are less than a mile away. Prom and graduation gathering are not permitted.

This house was perfect! Having both upstairs and downstairs was amazing! The backyard was perfect for family dinners, and the front porch was great for laughing and reminiscing! This was a perfect vacation! Brian was great and even got us onto the beach early for our first day!

Great spot!

Brian was extremely accommodating, helpful and available during our stay. We had a great time! The house is an easy, close walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The outdoor space was great as well. Highly recommend especially for families or friends staying together. There was enough space to all be together or have some privacy between levels.

A very nice, spacious rental just a quick and easy walk away from the beach! Loved the back yard, grill, and outdoor shower, and my group appreciated having bedrooms, kitchens, and a living room area both upstairs and downstairs. Would recommend.

Family vacation in June'22

Had a great time in Ortley at this house. House was as described. No issues. The upstairs is like a mini apartment with it's own entrance which was good for us as we had two families. But the downstairs was big enough that we could all eat together if we wanted. Nice fenced in backyard and patio furniture so we could eat outside as well. Host was easy to work with. Would gladly return

Enjoyed the house.

My husband and I stayed in the lower level and our adult sons stayed in the upper level. Worked out really nice. The house is older but recently renovated. The lower level bathroom could use an update but was clean and adequate. Brian was very accommodating. Had issues on first day with TV internet connectivity but he had it straightened out quickly.

Brian and Chris are longtime friends who met at Lavallette Elementary School over 30 years ago. We grew up at the Shore but moved away after college for work. When we started having families of our own, we wanted to bring some of that Jersey Shore magic to our kids and purchased this house in 2021 to create lasting memories. We vacation here with our families and love sharing it with other families looking to do the same.

Why they chose this property

Ortley Beach is perfectly situated between the excitement of Seaside Heights and the calmer, family-friendly town of Lavallette. It's a great walkable neighborhood with everything you need within a short walk or bike ride.

What makes this property unique

It's a two-family house that we typically rent as a single unit. There are separate entrances and living spaces, which is great for extended families or larger groups looking for some private space while still being together. The backyard is secluded and the perfect place to spend warm summer evenings.
