We really enjoyed having you visit our home. You were a wonderful guest and so respectful. The suite was so very clean when you left. We would welcome you back anytime. Best wishes for your future.
We stayed here for 5 days and Kristine and Dennis made sure everything went smoothly! The kitchenette was well-stocked, the coffee machine was super nice! The listing was super clean and comfortable for two, good WiFi connectivity.
It would be a 30 min drive from any of the hikes in Sedona, many eateries nearby.

Thank you for visiting our home. We enjoyed having you here. So glad you got in lots of hikes. You were wonderful guests and left the suite very clean. We would welcome you back anytime!
The location was centrally located to Jerome and Cottonwood for touring around. And Sedona was a scenic 20 minute drive away. And the hour drive into Flagstaff through the canyon was absolutely beautiful.
The owners , Kristine and Dennis, were very accommodating and personable. We really enjoyed visiting with them.
This property was exactly as advertised except for the beautiful night light display in the back yard. The view of the area was spendid. Host was pleasant and helpful.
Very clean, neat and modern accommodations. The property was very accessible.
If there was a shortcoming, it would be that there was no network TV
I enjoy sports, and especially NASCAR racing, so I couldn't watch the races.
Dennis and Kristine were charming and helpful hosts. The suite was as depicted in the photos - clean, airy and comfortable. We were delighted to stay there. We found the short distance out of Sedona to be an advantage as it gave us a feeling of peace and escape after the bustle of that town. Of special importance to us was the backdoor patio, which we used morning and evening to unwind, enjoying the birds and the view.

A very nice clean property on the grounds of a couples home. Host was very gracious when I was not able to access the code via my email. Full kitchen with clean water and coffee setup and spacious bathroom with washer and dryer available. Bed was adequate, but would be rather uncomfortable for two people. Overall very nice stay in lovely Clarkdale.
Was a very clean and organized air b & b and the hosts were so nice and accomodating. The only suggestion was the friday was cooler, raining and hailing. We came in to only realize that the space was controlled
by the tenant and it was a bit cool for us. They did say we could have reached out to them about temp control which we did not, so it is on us. Suggestion might be a space heater or another form of temp
control.
Overall we had a great stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was super close and the apartment was clean and came with all the essentials! We will be back, as we love visiting all the great wineries in and around Cottonwood!
Very nice place, plenty of room, beautiful view of mountains and Verde River valley. Hosst friendly
Excellent hosts, well furnished rooms, beautiful view of Verde River valley from large picture window. An apartment attached to owners' home; in a very nice neighborhood. If I retyurned to that area, I would stay there again.
THE GREATEST HOSTS EVER!! The property was not handicapped access, so the hosts let us use their house entrance to get to our room. They went way beyond what was required of them to make our stay comfortable!!
Cute and Comfortable bed and bath in a quiet location. Perfect home base from which to launch our Verde Valley adventures. Outstanding deck and yard that caters to birds and budding birders alike. Our hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the area!
Comfortable room with bath in a private home, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Owners on site. Patio available for use, with a view out over the Verde Valley to the red rocks of Sedona. The delightful surprise was a tree full of birds just outside the window, with bird feeders to keep them happy. If you enjoy lesser goldfinches this is the place!
The bed is on the firm side, and though I prefer a softer mattress it was not at all uncomfortable. Chairs and table by the window provide a comfortable spot to sit and eat, read or work.
Tiny kitchenette in what was originally the walk in closet. It would be difficult to cook a meal but was fine for my needs. Easy to make coffee and tea, and to reheat leftovers from a meal out.
Spacious bathroom with basic toiletries available. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
If you have mobility issues, you should be aware that entry requires negotiating a slightly uneven gravel path from the parking area around the house to the patio, and then up 5 steps. The path can be slippery when wet. I am using a cane after a complex foot surgery, and was able to manage this, and family members who live in the area helped me with my luggage. It would be difficult if you need more support or assistance.
Definitely a 5 star property. I’ve already booked my next stay, so that is the best possible recommendation.
This was a well equipped and convenient place to stay for wide-ranging activities in Arizona north of Phoenix. The hosts were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The unit was very clean and had a large enough kitchen area for cooking in on longer stays. The backyard patio was also nice for being outside to eat and relax or even Grill. We would definitely rent this again if we return to the area!

Thank you so much! We hope you had safe travels for the rest of your time in Arizona and then back home. We would welcome you back anytime.
This apartment was very nice, just right for two people. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The were very helpful in helping us with places to see and things to do. The city of Jerome was a pleasant surprise and we didn't even know it existed until our hosts suggested it for shopping. We really enjoyed going there.
The apartment was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable for us. We would go back here to stay and recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.

Why they chose this property
I built this house in 1997 and shared it with my parents for 10 years. I met my husband Dennis and we decided to stay here in the Verde Valley when we retired. It is convenient to all of the attractions that the Verde Valley has to offer and has a small town feel. We like the slower pace of life here and love to share what this area has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Our street does not have street lights, so our night sky is quite dark. We can see the Milky Way and all of the northern hemisphere constellations. You will enjoy the unique lights sparkling in the trees outside your window, at night. During the day the birds in our area visit our multiple feeders and water features. We have year-round hummingbirds who will actually come right up to you on the patio.
