The home is located in the quiet neighborhood of "The Grove By The Sea" which offers two neighborhood pools and a tennis court to visitors to the home. Beach access is a short walk or bike ride away. If guests are looking for a little more activity, hop on one of the 5 adult beach cruisers provided and turn right out of the Grove and you are in the heart of Seaside in a few minutes. Inside the home comfortably sleeps families small or large.

The main home consists of two bedrooms and a bunk room plus screen porches on the front and rear of the home. The kitchen, mudroom and living room make up the main level. The living room has a 65" smart HD TV in case someone needs a little inside time.

The carriage house is a nice bonus with the living quarters above consisting of a full kitchen and separate bedroom and living room. The garage below acts as a rec room and beach prep center with a TV, ping pong table, golf cart and an assortment of beach toys and chairs. There is also a beach buggy provided that makes taking chairs, toys, coolers and boogie boards to the beach that much easier.
