About this property

Conveniently located one acre property between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Plenty of room for boat parking, ten minute drive to Conn Brown Harbor boat ramp, 15 minute drive to Rockport Beach, Aransas Pass Aquatic Center, and ferry line to Port Aransas. This is a family friendly house with plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. The kitchen is fully equipped and bunkroom is set up with two bunk beds that sleep four total and a smart tv so the kids can relax after a long day of fishing or swimming at the beach. Two bedrooms run off the main air conditioner. The other two bedrooms have minisplit AC units.

This property fit all of our needs with plenty room to sleep 6 grown adults. House was fully furnished with all of our needs, it was like walking into my permanent home. Me and my party were very pleased with this property.
