Catch and clean your fish from the 60-foot fishing and boat dock (boat lift is not accessible to guests) complete with underwater green lights and a fish cleaning station.

The living room boasts ample seating for your group and a lovely writing desk for last minute work assignments. A smart TV with cable and streaming services will keep you entertained after a day of fishing.

The beautiful cabinetry, enormous island, and stainless-steel appliances complete the spacious fully equipped kitchen. The island serves as an additional sitting area with three bar stools. Enjoy delicious meals and lovely canal views from the dining table set for six.

Relax and unwind in the bright and cheery upstairs primary bedroom with a king bed and smart TV with streaming and cable services. The primary bathroom has a shower and oversized jacuzzi tub combo.

The second upstairs bedroom is located across the hallway from the primary bedroom. It has a queen bed and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. Great stay!

The house was awesome! We didnt have any luck at the water fishing, but we also stayed in the colder months so it was kindof expected for the location. House was clean and was stocked with everything we needed.

The customer service was above and beyond. The team was very friendly and helpful. I have always used VRBO to book houses at the coast. Now I will go directly to Miss Kitty's. The experience was far better.

Great fishing spot

The house is located in a great location in between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Caught our first flounder from the back dock and several small black drum and my wife caught a huge oversized drum. We hit the flats on our kayaks and caught a little of everything including a giant trout. Looking forward to booking again.

Great House and location. Only issue is the listing said max of 22’ boat. I have a 22’ boat and it definitely hung over to the neighbors dock. Luckily he didn’t mind but I’d say a 20’ boat would be the max
