Welcome to Rockport! This family-friendly 3 bedroom/3-bathroom home is minutes away from Little Bay, where you can rent kayaks and enjoy the sunshine! It is 2 blocks away from Rockport Beach and the Maritime Museum. Plus, it’s only a 3–4-minute bike ride to HEB. Talk about convenience!

This home has a sizeable couch for relaxing, a large kitchen island for entertainment, and all the kitchen appliances you might need to enjoy your vacation. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and the third room has a bunk bed that fits 2 adults on the bottom and 1 child on top! Boasts a large yard with front porch chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises. This home is located equidistant to the downtown shops and the Rockport/Fulton restaurants, which are only about 6 minutes away. Enjoy our beautiful coastal home, where “The perfect day is one wave away!”

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

Perfect for our family trip

This house was the perfect size and provided everything we needed for our beach trip. The location was perfect with the beach, shopping, and restaurants all within minutes!

Great location.

We were there for the Hummerbird festival and the house location could not have been better. Bed in front bedroom not very comfortable.

Cute house, close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in Rockport. This house was acceptable but saying it sleeps 7 is a bit of a stretch, would recommend you bring your own bedding if someone will be sleeping on the couch. The washcloths and towels were a bit cheap but overall this place fit our needs just fine. Would stay here again.

We had five family members and we were very comfortable. The bonus is a property this size with three full bathrooms. Good for so s for social time and privacy too.

Perfect Spot

Super nice place. Spacious and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Super close to the beach park which was awesome. My little grandson had a blast. We will be back!

Nice location.

It’s summertime in TX the outside of the house and inside needs to be sprayed for bugs. Dead bugs when you pulled back the sheets in the front room. We washed the sheets. Other than that excellent property and close to everything and plenty of room to park a boat. No grill at the house or outdoor table and could definitely use one since it’s a rental and has a slab behind the house. The property management did not email out the check in details and I had to call the office to get them. Nicely decorated.
