Located on the 4th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- bedroom with double bed
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a bathroom ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, TV, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee and also, there is work on the back courtyard.

The apartment is ideally located just a minute's walk from the "Pasteur" metro station, and you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
For your everyday needs, there's a "Casino" supermarket just a 7-minute walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the city's must-see attractions, including :
- Musée Bourdelle (7 minutes' walk),
- Tour Montparnasse (13 minutes on foot),
- Hôtel des Invalides (20 minutes by public transport),

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighborhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

- Lines 6 and 12 (Pasteur): one-minute walk.
- Line 4 (Saint-Placide): 15-minute walk.

Bus stops :
