This is the cutest place on the planet! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I to work remotely from for a few days (WiFi was better than our home!) between a few days in Yellowstone. We loved the convenience of the town, hikes close by, Katabatic, and coziness of the apartment. Everyone in Livingston was so friendly, including the owner of the building whose grandparents were the original owners. True hallmark experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

What a lovely spot! So much character here. The location is amazing. Don’t worry about parking, we had no issues with the street parking. The bed is very firm - note this if you have a sore back. Kitchen is well stocked - coolers are even supplied. Would stay again!

Quiet, clean, and well appointed historic second floor apartment with friendly neighbors. Downtown restaurants are within walking distance and the location was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Yellowstone and Bozeman. Parking is at street level and there is a two hour maximum during weekday business hours, which was the only downside of the property. The property management company was very responsive and we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this small but comfortable apartment in the historic Graybow Hotel. Being at the center of downtown Livingston was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would love to see the bathroom upgraded - the sink has separate hot & cold faucets, which makes it challenging to use. Otherwise we highly recommend the space.

This renovated historic hotel suite is amazing! So tastefully done and well appointed. Conveniently located to walk to downtown stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The window AC units made the space a good temp. The unit is on the 2nd floor but is right at the top of the stairs, so easy to get to. The building was very quiet. The only reason we gave it a 4 for “as described” is because they do NOT have laundry services. That needs to be taken out of the listing. We went to the Livingston Laundromat, which was fine, but we picked this place for the middle of our trip because it had laundry listed! The historic details and high ceilings were so beautiful.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us! I am sorry you thought we had laundry services on site but this is taken right from the listing “There is no onsite laundry, but we do have two laundromats in town.”
