Recharge your batteries in Normandy in this large, bright and spacious house of 190 m², between the sea and the countryside, 2 hours from Paris.<br>Enjoy the new heated swimming pool of 9m by 4m, from May to September.<br>Ideal for a weekend or stay with family or friends, our authentic family house is located in the Pays d'Auge, 20 minutes from the beaches of Deauville-Trouville and Cabourg.<br>You will breathe the fresh air with 4000 m² of land and enjoy a remarkable view of the meadows around the house and the village church.<br>This house will delight you with its authenticity, its brightness, its charm, its south-facing orientation and its ideal location in a privileged setting.<br><br>On the ground floor:<br>- A charming entrance hallway, with old terracotta tiles and vintage coat racks welcomes you at your entrance.<br>- On your return from the beach or a walk, in the warm lounge, share a hot chocolate or a glass of cider. Enjoy a good fireplace and the many board games available for children from 1 to 99 years old. A stereo with CD and a TV, a DVD player, discreetly present, are available.<br>- Take advantage of a large fitted and fully equipped kitchen (cooking and gas oven) to cook convivial or family dishes together. On the large farm table, you can have your breakfast, feed the children, and start the aperitif. For the greediest, waffle iron, fondue pan, wok, food processor, and plenty of crockery are at your disposal. <br>- A scullery is available to store your provisions on shelves and in a fridge-freezer with a large capacity, complementary to the one in the kitchen.<br>- You can have lunch or dinner in the half-timbered dining room on an extendable table that can accommodate up to 13 guests, opening onto the meadow thanks to fully retractable French doors, and enjoy direct access to the garden. From this room you can keep an eye on the children playing on the swings and slide.<br>- Sleep in the 17 m² south-facing double room with decorative fireplace and terracotta tiles and enjoy the sunset over the village church from the queen-size bed.<br>- 2 walk-in shower rooms are at your disposal.<br>- A separate toilet with washbasin.<br>- A boiler room in which you can use the washing machine and dryer.
