Villa with mountain view, between sea and golf
Located 7 minutes by car from Lozari beach and shops, 15 minutes from Ile Rousse and 7 minutes from the Reginu Golf Course, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the villages of Balagne. Our villa has 4 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 to 8 guests. You will benefit from a swimming pool with beach (9X3.60), a petanque court, and the proximity of the golf course (9 holes). In terms of equipment, the products and materials are of high quality (SMEG refrigerator and kitchen accessories, 3m/1m Suar indoor table..., large square outdoor table, coconut canvas shade). Enclosed land of 2000 m2, in the process of being revegetated. We entrust you with our home with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home. We just ask that you take care of it.
